East Mountain View Office Building
1100 Hinesburg Road, South Burlington, VT
This project consisted of the planning and construction of a two-level office building with 12,170 square foot per floor and a ground level parking garage of 12,420 square feet. The project scope of work included completion of the shell, common areas, sitework, and the 5,400 square foot interior fit-up of the Ambulatory Surgical Center Suite which has two operating rooms. This surgical suite was a CON project and the first of its kind in the State of Vermont.
