Since 2004, we have provided services to Merchants Bank completing five new full-service branch locations in Hartford, St. Albans, South Burlington, Rutland, and Waterbury, Vermont. Our services have included turnkey general contract work as well as the coordination of the owner's specialty subcontractors.
Our work with Merchants Bank continues with the completion of our fifth project pictured above. This branch is located in South Burlington on Shelburne Road. Merchants Bank established the original branch at this location in 1974. Our project included construction of their new 2,120 SF building with drive-up lanes adjacent to their existing branch. Final paving and landscaping will be completed in the spring.
