Cabot Creamery Administrative Offices

This former federal armory facility was expanded to 20,000 SF on a four-acre site and completely renovated for lease to Cabot Creamery to meet the company’s office and product fulfillment needs. Redevelopment work included the new masonry addition, new roofing; new windows, doors and insulation of the building envelope; new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems; and all new interior finishes.
