Richford Main Street Mill
This project entailed renovating the former Sweat Cummings furniture factory. Although very active throughout the 1900s, the building had been left vacant for several years prior to the renovation. We completely renovated the 44,000 SF, four-story, mixed-use building. The project included a 10,000 SF retail fit-up for Mac's Market on the first floor; a 10,000 SF medical office fit-up for Richford Health Center on the second floor; and construction of twelve affordable apartments on the third floor for Housing Vermont.
