We recently completed Green Mountain Coffee Roaster's new Research and Development Laboratory in Waterbury, Vermont. The 12,000 SF "Loft" renovation project was completed in 16 weeks.
Our work began with the removal of all existing finishes. Our project team worked closely with the Owner and the Architect on the custom fit-up space. The work included all new mechanical and electrical systems as well as the coordination and installation of many unique finishes including; custom structural steel elements, specialty ceiling and flooring systems, concrete tops and benches, systems furniture, millwork, and translucent wall panels in the conference and laboratory areas.
