The construction of this two-story office suite took place inside the manufacturing plant for Drinkworks and Keurig. Due to the tight project timeline we started demolition and construction before the design was finalized. Our scope of work included excavating for and building a masonry elevator shaft, building a structural steel frame with concrete deck, installing 32’ insulated metal panel walls used for separating manufacturing from office spaces, and reconstructing the vestibule. At the end of this project we worked with an interior designer to incorporate corporate branding into all finish work.
