The owners, Sarah and Matt Murawski, hired us to do a complete interior renovation of an existing facility into a functional animal hospital. Our work included interior demolition & removal of existing services and finishes, construction of new interior walls, installation of new mechanical system including high efficiency L.P. fired condensing boilers, energy recovery ventilation system, air conditioning and general exhaust ducting. We installed new plumbing fixtures and finishes throughout, and the entire electrical system and fixtures were replaced.
This veterinary hospital includes a complete surgical wing so our scope of work included the installation for med gases within the surgical room, procedure areas, and radiology. We installed a circuit for the new x-ray machine and all surgical lighting. This space includes a lab/pharmacy area, treatment rooms, dog & cat wards, and surgical support spaces. We also built and finished CMU-block wall dog runs, which were painted with epoxy paint and secured with stainless steel doors.
