Connor Contracting, Inc. has successfully completed hundreds of projects throughout Vermont and New Hampshire. Our strong track record includes projects of all sizes from smaller, interior fit-ups to the construction of new, stand-alone facilities. We offer customers a local presence utilizing a team of qualified, preferred subcontractors who consistently deliver the best craftsmanship at a fair price. We are large enough to manage multimillion-dollar contracts but small enough so that an owner is directly involved on every project from design and estimating through completion and project close-out.

We prefer to collaborate closely with customers to guarantee that every phase of their project receives a high degree of coordination and care. Each project’s design, budget, and scheduling challenges are met by our proven experience utilizing three delivery methods: General Contracting, Construction Management, and Redevelopment.

General Contracting

As the General Contractor, we are hired by the Owner to complete work according to the project plans and specifications provided to us. This often involves a competitive bidding process where we work towards selection as the successful bidder. In some cases, the Owner directly hires us as the General Contractor on a fixed-price basis. Whether we are awarded a job through a bidding process or a direct contract, we commit to competitively price all the divisions of the project.

Our goal for every job is to execute each phase of work in the most efficient manner possible. We aggressively sequence the workflow to stay on schedule while maintaining a high quality of workmanship and a safe work site. Our team is constantly looking forward to identifying challenges and minimize schedule delays due to unforeseen conditions. 

<h3>Construction Management</h3>

Construction Management

We value the collective knowledge and input of each stakeholder in the Construction Management delivery format. As the Construction Manager, we partner with the project Owner and project architect early in the process. We work in a collaborative manner throughout the project from conception and property acquisition through turn-key occupancy. 

Our open, honest approach is built on a foundation of trust and professionalism. We work in a transparent manner that ensures our customers are always well informed and included in the decision-making process throughout their project. This format allows us to work with the Owner directly to build a long-lasting relationship and opportunities for future partnerships.

We have experience in the adaptive re-use of underutilized properties which can greatly benefit our clients.
