This redevelopment project included the substantial renovation of the existing 76,000 SF commercial building, on 11+/- acres. Our work included select demolition and the rebuilding/replacement of structural components as well as all new exterior wall sections, roof insulation and roof membrane, new utilities, exterior windows and doors, new parking areas, and new interior finishes. This mixed-use facility (general office/medical office/retail/warehouse) is home to The State of Vermont Department of Liquor and Lottery, Green Mountain Credit Union, UVM Health Network/Central Vermont Medical Center, Inc. (Orthopedics, Physical Therapy and Express Care Clinics), and Connor Contracting, Inc.
