This former federal armory facility was expanded and completely renovated for lease. Building 1 was subdivided into two tenant spaces and upgraded to include new HVAC units, energy efficient lighting and mechanical controls, and interior finishes throughout. Building 2 was added at the rear of the 4-acre campus as a two-suite training and office facility. The parking areas have been completely rebuilt with additional parking spaces and improved traffic circulation to accommodate increased parking demands.
