This former research and development facility was transformed by our talented staff into the new operations facility for Vermont State Employees Credit Union. Our work included the reconstruction of the building’s interior spaces, including the installation of additional exterior windows and four custom skylights each with its own unique shape. We built a data center with redundant climate control and fire suppression systems as well as a round conference room and ATM / ITM units. New interior finishes including a custom wood ceiling along the main corridor, radius sliding doors, and electrical and mechanical improvements throughout.
