This redevelopment project is located at the site of a former farm equipment dealership. Our work began with the deconstruction and salvaging of all usable materials which reduced the project’s impact on the waste stream. The scope of work included all new municipal utilities, new parking lots and directional drive lanes, providing improved traffic circulation and parking capacity, new sidewalks, new exterior lighting, and finish landscaping.

The new 10,000 SF energy efficient building shell was constructed on the site and contains two suites. Sanel/NAPA Auto Parts occupies a 6,000 SF suite, which includes a mezzanine as well as a retail shelving system that maximizes their storage capacity and allows them to efficiently utilize the cubical content of their retail space. Adapt Health occupies 4,000 SF, which includes customer service and offices at the front and a warehouse area at the rear.
