One of our most recent development projects is located at the site of a former farm equipment dealership. Work began by hiring deconstruction specialists to dismantle the building and salvage any usable materials. The scope of work included providing for all new municipal utilities, new parking lots to provide for better traffic circulation, new sidewalks, new exterior lighting, and finish landscaping.
A new 10,000 SF building was constructed on this site and currently contains two suites. Sanel Auto Parts is located within a 6,000 SF leased suite and a second 4,000 SF suite is currently available for lease. Sanel's suite includes a mezzanine which houses their parts inventory, as well as a retail shelving system that maximizes their storage capacity and allows them to efficiently utilize the cubical content of their retail space.
